A hotelier, manager, and traveler hailing from Kraków, currently serving as the General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn Krakow Airport Hotel, operated by Kraków Airport Hotel Ltd. He is a graduate of the Management Faculty at the University of Economics in Kraków.
His career has been deeply rooted in the hospitality industry from the very beginning. He joined the Kraków Airport Hotel team during the pre-opening phase in 2014 and worked his way up through various roles, ultimately earning the position of General Manager in early 2023 following a competitive selection process.
He is a member and one of the leaders of the Hilton Balice Team, one of Poland's most recognized hotel teams, known for actively promoting their unique organizational culture on LinkedIn.
As a manager, his motto is the belief that "impossible doesn't exist; sometimes it just takes a little more time to find a new, innovative solution." In his team, he values honesty, reliability, and entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2023, he was nominated for the Hotelier of the Year award and was recognized as one of the finalists in the "Hotelier Under 35" category.
In his personal life, he is an avid traveler who has explored 6 continents and over 60 countries. Each journey serves as a source of inspiration, which he translates into innovative solutions. His global experiences and openness to new trends directly contribute to the hotel's success.
