On November 25th and 26th at the Conference Center Hotel Bania**** Thermal Ski and SPA, the IV Congress of Hoteliers took place, organized by www.ehotelarze.pl and Wojciech Argasiński.
The first day was a lecture day, rich in debates and reflections, where President Grzegorz Gogola and General Director Piotr Ignaszak took part. Although the discussions were lively and participants not always in agreement, an important message emerged for all attendees - Hospitality is still a business that needs to be cared for and understood just as well as any other to achieve success.
The second day was a workshop day. On this day, we were represented by Aneta Dyda Business Development Manager and Zuzanna Nosal Sales Specialist. The girls decided to participate in a MICE workshop led by Kamil Maciąg, primarily because exchanging experiences with someone not associated with southern Poland would broaden their horizons and provide a much wider picture of the national MICE situation.
What conclusions can be drawn after this meeting ❓
🔸 We fight for Guests just as fiercely in the south as in the north, in the center it might be simpler, but competition is greater
🔸 Without a well-built Team and innovative ideas, it will not be possible to acquire new partnerships
🔸 We fight, but not at all costs and not to the death
🔸 Relationships in business are as important as funds in the account
🔸 Data, data, and more data - without a database and good research, we have somewhat tied hands
We thank the organizers for allowing us to participate in such industry meetings. We always strive to turn all valuable advice into gold, and the relationships that can be developed are an invaluable part of our hospitality journey.
