Knowing the significant value relationships bring to business, our team actively participates in annual industry meetings and conferences across Poland. In November, we had the pleasure of attending the XV Hotel Meeting Inspiration Days.
This year's jubilee event, organized on November 27-28 by the HORECA Business Club editorial team, was packed with attractions, inspiring lectures, and thematic workshops. These sessions addressed numerous key operational and promotional areas essential for hoteliers.
The event, complemented by networking opportunities and a banquet concluding the conference, provided a platform for establishing new connections and nurturing existing relationships with industry representatives, exhibitors, and professionals committed to the development of hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism.
What did we enjoy most? What left the biggest impression on us this year? We posed these questions to members of the Hilton Balice Team who attended the conference.
“On the first day of the conference in Warsaw, I had the chance to meet suppliers directly, build relationships, and get to know their current product and service offerings better. These are extremely valuable contacts for me. I often reach out to them during the year or carefully save their details in my database, as even if their current assortment is not within our immediate interests, our needs may change in the future,” emphasized Bogdan Cetnarski.
“After a series of workshops and substantive presentations that filled the first day of the Hotel Meeting, we were pleased to participate in the Hotel Study Tour. We visited three Warsaw hotels: the airport-based Renaissance Warsaw Airport Hotel, the luxurious Nobu Hotel Warsaw, and the legendary Warsaw Presidential Hotel. These were inspiring meetings during which we got a behind-the-scenes look and learned about the unique characteristics of these fascinating and diverse properties,” recounted Ewelina Kubaśka.
“Each hotel we visited made an impression, and each had something special that caught my attention. At Renaissance, it was the elegance combined with a fantastic view directly overlooking the airport tarmac. Nobu impressed with its unconventional interior design, intimacy paired with luxury, and the Jasmine jazz club. Lastly, the Presidential—this is more than just a hotel. For me, it’s an icon and a part of our hotel pop culture,” added Bogdan Cetnarski.
This year, during the XV Hotel Meeting event held at the Hotel Airport Okęcie, the Hilton Garden Inn Kraków Airport team was represented by Ewelina Kubaśka, HR Business Partner, and Bogdan Cetnarski, hotel logistician and procurement specialist.
